Levels and programmes

The Alliance Française Rouen - Normandy offers a wide range of courses, from beginner to advanced levels (general French, French for specific purposes, exams preparations, workshops...) and in a variety of formats (intensive, evening courses, private lessons, etc.). Our pedagogy is based on the latest methodological innovations and is part of a communicative and action-oriented approach.

All our courses are aligned with the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) to ensure your continuous progress and to acquire an internationally recognised level of learning.

We integrate the cultural and intercultural dimensions of language learning by offering you authentic materials and class projects around French language and culture (annual events: "semaine du goût" (taste week), French language week, festivals, etc...).
